I've lost 8 pounds this month! I know that rate will slow down as the pounds come off, but this is a great start, and I'm very happy for it. I haven't even added much exercise yet, I've just been focusing on changing the way I eat; because I know myself...I have to do it one step at a time. Anyway, hooray hooray! This halfway makes up for the nights I've only been getting 2-3 hours of sleep this week (yay for teething).
I know this is isn't a long one, but it's not always the size that counts (that's what she said).

Congrats, chica! Yes, baby steps are good. I think the people that go to the extremes to lose weight are the ones that are the least likely to stick with it.
It's amazing how just altering our food & sugary liquid (including alcohol) intake with exercise can really make a huge difference!

That is a great achievement - it's not just the weight loss, but sticking with a healthy eating lifestyle that is the biggest thing. Focus on your health and your weight will take care of itself.
